Customer is requesting that Corporate Data Views be made available to show Employee Schedule information. Specifically, they would like to be able to create DVs of the information that is contained in the Standard Report found at:
Standard Reports > Employee Data > Employee Schedules > Employee's 5 Day Schedule
They have stated that their 'dream version' of this would include fields/columns for:
Employee Name
Employee ID
Location/School
As well as fields/columns for:
Total hours scheduled during that week
Monday Beginning AM shift
Monday End AM shift
Monday Beginning PM shift
Monday End PM shift
And so forth for each day Monday through Friday.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Customer currently has access to the Employee's 5 Day Schedule report at each location, but a Corporate DV version of that data would simplify their reporting needs substantially without running one report per location, exporting the data, and then manually compiling it all into one place. |
