Customer would like to see an option when setting child statuses, particularly 'withdrawn' so that the effects of the enrollment change do not take effect until the very end of the day.

They can set withdrawal for the next day, and are doing so currently. They issue that they have is that they prorate billing through the last day that the child attends, and if they set the withdrawn status for the final day that the child is enrolled, it makes their bookkeeping look a lot cleaner from their perspective.
Why are they not able to set the withdrawal for the next day?
