so I am running into a lot of centers who are struggling with hiring staff which I believe is a nation wide crisis. I just got off the phone with a lady who was explaining to me how they were putting too much time and money into hiring, where either people weren't qualified or just weren't applying. SO it got me thinking since we help build enrollment for places why don't we also help build staff on the back end as well. I have ran into so much that I think it would be huge!
