Endeavor is aware that this could be a large ask so they have listed two options and prefer Option 1, if it is not possible quickly can we do Option 2 in the interim?
Option 1: Lockdown time cards once pay periods are closed
Option 2: Message to alert the staff member that the time period is closed

They see this as a high priority. It impacts staff pay and it also creates the misconception that Endeavor is not paying employees correctly. The employee thinks that they made the change because the system allowed it, but in reality, it does edit their time card and they are not paid based on that change. |
