Customer reported that they want to greatly limit the ability of staff to change payments that have been posted to the system.
They would like a configuration option that System Supervisors can enable which would automatically 'lock' payments that have been posted to a family ledger inside of Procare.
The intent would be to prevent changes while still allowing the payment to be closed to a deposit report.
