For children, many of our centers use Batch Enrollment status not only at school year change but during implementation after they've entered or imported their data. It's such a helpful tool. However, the same functionality doesn't exist for staff and centers need to go one-by-one to adjust work history status changes which is time consuming and tedious. It's confusing to customers that the functionality exists for children but not for staff.

Curious about the use case. The batch enrollment status makes sense as centers would move all children to Summer Break or other inactive status when classes are not in session or withdraw everyone at end of year in order to know who's chosen to re-enroll in the fall.
Businesses don't normally change employee statuses to terminated except in extreme situations, or mass employing a group unless doing large hiring boom. What would be the situation where a center wants to use Batch Work History?
