Web Version of Desktop

I purchased a new laptop, and like most new laptops it has the newer ARM processor type. I also love MACs. I cannot understand why there is not a web version that i can log into from anywhere to bill, setup classrooms, and do generally any of the things I do on the desktop or cloud.
