Batch printing child tracking sheets

Our teachers have binders that contain an information sheet and a printout of the child's tracking sheet that is collapsed down to:

  • Child Forms (forms that we need for each child such as our Registration Form that has the child's info, parents' info, authorized pick-ups, physician, allergies, accommodation needs, and whether or not we can take pictures/videos, our liability waiver, whether or not we have received immunizations, and meal program forms that we need for funding)

  • Allergies (general common list and "other"

  • Behaviors (list of specific behaviors that always goes to them blank that they can mark to keep track of what they observe in each individual child)

While our teachers use Procare on our ipads all day, there is a binder in each of their "go bags" in case they need to exit quickly with their class, such as fire drills, or if the ipad dies.

It would be awesome if it would look similar to how tracking printouts from the individual child look when printed and have the option to collapse the categories (choose the categories?) in the report.
