Our facility does weekly billing for tuition. After posting to the family ledgers, I send a customer statement to the parents to notify/remind them of the balance that will be charged at the end of the week. In the pop-up box, there is an option for a statement message, and then an option for an email message. I would like to be able to save a templated email message that populates when I want to send the weekly customer statements for tuition. This would help our facility keep a consistent message, and would help the admin to be more efficient in not having to type it out every time.
