We currently use desktop and online. We are considering switching to online only to use leads. As a staff director, I am concerned there is no place to put staff requirements/immunization in the online version. I use it for keeping track of staff file requirements and when items will be come due or are overdue. I use the reporting on these frequently. I like that it shows up when I look at a staff person's profile that something is due. I would like a similar tool to be accessible for the online customer as well.
