Offer a more affordable option for tech support.

As a small non-profit preschool an option for hourly tech support would be ideal. Paying $400 for an annual fee is not something I can just do with our budget. I have a new computer for our school and in order to guarantee a smooth transition I have to pay the $400 for help. In actuality I have never needed tech support prior to this and I will need the support for only the amount of time it takes to transition to the new computer.
