Batch posting for a preset monthly payment amount

Our tuition payments are done through payroll deductions for our sponsoring institutions. Families monthly payments are averaged over the year so that it is the same amount every month coming from their checks. The same is done for BW payroll deductions. I want to be able to do a batch posting of their payments using this pre-determined payment amount.
