Immunization/Requirement Expiration Date Option

In the state of Florida, wellness checkup date requirements can update at any appointment a child attends, so they change pretty frequently. A customer provided an example that indicated it would be much easier for centers in Florida to track when checkups are needed if the immunization/requirement feature was based on expiration dates rather than by age/months. As of now, he only has a UDF that was possibly from his EZ Care transfer that has a physical and shot due date, but he'd really like to have the syringe indicate the need for an update so everything is in one place.
