MyProCare.com website needs to be updated for use with a phone browser for online registrations

This is a big issue for us - this has been an issue many times - families are thinking they registered and we never receive the registration. Or after they spend time completing all the information on the registration form, they get a message "sorry the website is down". Our customers are on their phones constantly and if they want to register with us - that is the way they will try. Some families don't have computers because they do everything on their phone. If you are not planning to fix this right away - can you please put at the top of the forms what are the recommended ways to enter the information-with what browser, on what platform??
