Larger pictures for "Emergency Card" Report

We need to be able to put larger pictures on the "Emergency Card" Report. Right now, they are very small, and some of our teachers do not have the best eyesight. This would be an accessibility feature to help many of us.
On Procare Desktop, the pictures print out larger, but all of our profile pictures for our classes are on ProCare Online.
