Currently, if a payment processed through Tuition Express is declined, the only way to find out is by opening the tuition express tab. If tuition express is not re-opened, the center gets no notification of declined payments. This has been an issue for me numerous times. Just last month, I processed a big batch of payments at the beginning of the month and had no additional payments to process throughout the month. I didn't re-open Tuition Express until a month later to process the next months' payments at which point I saw that a payment was declined nearly a month before. It would be very helpful if there was a feature that notifies a contact at the center when payments are declined, so that they can be addressed in a timely manner.
