Increase field length of Child Name in the Customer Statements

In the Standard Customer Statement, the length of the field in the header for the Child Name is too short. The name is being truncated by the placement of the Primary Classroom next to it.

We have a parent who says this will compromise submission for flex reimbursement.

We are unable to find a fix for this that would allow rearrangement of fields or even changing the layout to landscape from portrait.

Other fields in portrait view are also being truncated, so moving to a landscape layout might help with that, too.

This is a feature that needs to be addressed.
