Zero out benefit balances when terminated

When an employee no longer works for a center, could the status of employed to terminated include a pop-up to have the director the ability to zero out any left over sick time the employee may have accured? If centers wish to pay the employee then they would respond with a NO. If they wish to zero out any unused hours, then reply YES
