Make tuition payment on app

A frustration has come to our attention repeatedly that Procare currently restricts families from making payments through the online app when a center passes the card processing fee onto the family. We have observed that two other centers, partnered with different companies, allow tuition processing regardless of how the card fee is handled. Since parents are utilizing the app, they clearly value easy access and straightforward payment options. The current system, which requires parents to exit the app, log into a website, and navigate through various steps on their phones, can be quite time-consuming. We have been advocating for improvements in this area for some time and would greatly appreciate progress toward a more user-friendly platform that incorporates the features advertised, making it easier for families to manage their payments directly from their phones.
