It was only AFTER we set up our online registration for the 25-26 school year did we find out that there were bugs which would affect the process. I only had 2 days to figure out a work around. I spoke to several reps who did not have a work around or suggestion for resolving the issue. She hesitated sending me to speak to a supervisor. When I finally spoke to a supervisor she was extremely helpful in troubleshooting. Even though we were not able to accept payments online we were still able to launch registration. There are other bugs that are occurring such as emails not coming through even when the fee is removed. I only know of a registration when running an report which is not a productive way of tracking on a daily basis.
