Update procare so it can be installed on a tablet with an Arm Processor

Its unacceptable that Procare desktop cannot be downloaded on a tablet with an arm processor.

I have to now decide to spend another $1295 for a procare "computer" that can only run that program. Abandon the use of the door strike which is already installed at our new facility or purchase another laptop to run it.
