Remove the universal time zone from the message screen following a new registration

I would love to see either the removal of the universal time zone from the message pop up box that is displayed when a new family registers with our center; or have the time zone set to our home base. Or could the acronym for universal time zone be added to the message? A 6 hour time zone difference is so confusing for parents in the central time zone.

Our small school part time school has re-enrollment every year at a specific date and time. They are told they cannot register until X, but then when they go through the registration steps, they are completely confused by the incorrect time zone. And this leads to much frustration on their part when they get the message and I have to explain to every family over and over that the time is captured correctly, just not in our time zone.
