Add Dates to Immunization/Requirement Due Report

When printing the Immunization/Requirement Due Report, it says "Due Now" or "Due Soon" next to the item. When I email an employee to remind them of what they need, I let them know the date it is due. I have to go back to each employee and look up each one to see what the date is.
