Create a Copy General Journal Entry feature

We use Procare Desktop with the accounting module, and there are several journal entries I add each month. Currently I have to create each one from scratch. It would be really nice if there were a way to create a new journal entry by copying an existing one. I'd expect the new journal entry to come up in edit mode so that I could post or exit just like any other new journal entry but with the fields pre-filled in from the other journal entry.
