When we create our questions, we also put statements regarding medical authorizations, tuition agreements, etc... and need more space than the space currently provided. More centers may choose to do their entire registration including photo releases, medical releases, etc... if that is an option. Licensing has given us the green light to do it this way, and it makes it much easier than having paperwork that we have to keep track of. It is much easier to have everything in one place. State accepts the parents typing their name and dating it directly during registraiton.
