While in Question Manager, offer more field types.

While in question manager, please allow more field types. I would like one that is just a title. So, when making the questions, I can make the side that the parents see more clean. For example; I if I could put a title, I could break things up a bit. Student Information, Family Information, Languages, etc... could all be added to clean up the side the parents see.
