New Family sign up link - prompt the parent to include two payers, primary and secondaryy

I would like for the parent signing up a child for the first time on the new family sign up link to be able to enroll the second parent as a secondary payer. I use parent engagement app and Procare desktop and would like to invite both parents to sign on to the parent engagement app
