When building a program I would appreciate the opportunity to set an early bird rate and set a max number for the program.

It would be nice to be able to set an early bird rate with a date that the standard rate would go into effect. On the last program that I used, when creating a program or activity, I was able to set the maximum number of students allowed, the start date, end date, price, if there as a price change then I could set the date that would take effect and the new price. For school age care, it is different than preschool. Preschool usually asks a family to register once they have been through an application process and they have a spot for them. With before/after school, I would like to set the min/max number of students allowed for each of my programs. The min will help with enrichment classes, so I know if I have enough interest to run the class as set by the vendor. The max should be in the formula so people cannot sign up for an activity if it's full. Plus, most after school programs allow drop-ins. Those who register on a sporadic schedule should be able to register if their is space available. For the early bird rate, I offer one rate for enrichment/summer camps until a certain date, and then it goes up. This is to help people register in a timely manner to provide me as much time as possible to plan.
