We first reported this problem in February of 2024 and it continues to be a problem. When parents process their registration payment on MyProcare after completing the questions we ask, they get a hiccup before their payment goes through. They get no email confirming they registered and they have to check their own bank or credit card statement to verify that the payment was made.
On our end, they never show up on the re-registration list to import. So we are missing people who pay but we don't know that they registered.
We contacted support the first week of January 2025 before our registration open date and were told that "they were working on it". We have reached out 3 more times and are told they are still working on it. They thought it was fixed but something else showed up.
We are anticipating over 200 more registration coming in the next 2 weeks and we really want this problem resolved. We don't feel like there is the urgency that we need to address our frustration.
