TE Payment Method Notification Email

It would be very helpful to receive a notification email when someone completes the web form for a payment method. We send out this link when we are trying to collect deposits for future enrollment, and because there is no notification, we just have to keep checking the TE profile (and have to remember to do so) to see if/when we are able to process the deposit.
