Kindersystems Extra - Single Transmission

Need to be able to transmit single records instead of batch through the Kindersystems Extra.

Missouri has a restriction in place that prevents centers from transmitting attendance a second time during a particular timeframe.

Unable to wait for all authorizations to be in place before submitting the batch because it takes the state so long to process for payments and those payments are needed to make payroll.
