Create a way to either let families be enrolled in more than one program.

Currently we have 3 registrations happening. (current after school, summer camp and next years after school). The current system only lets me import for one program at a time. So we have to stop using the system (parent check-in and classroom rosters) for re-registrations the last week of each program to allow us to take the current student and import them into the new program. ( if they are going to summer camp) Only giving me 1 week or less to create the new program with current classroom assignment and proper contract billing set up for over 200 families. We have over 200 families in our programs and that is a lot of work to do in a very short amount of time. It also doesn't let us prepare properly for the number of students that will be in each classroom. Also, then we have people hanging out in Procare until we can get them assigned to the correct program. ( in some cases 3 to 4 months) I end up having to create email folders for each program by saving the registration confirmation emails and then I have to print off each one of the registrations and create google spreadsheets so I don't forget to put everyone in the system for the correct program. We have to open the portal for all 3 programs in Feb. Our families will go some place else if they can not secure a spot early. They don't want the stress of finding out that we are full and they can't come and have to find a place at the last minute. It just seems like there should be a way to create a holding spot that they can be imported in and the account can be set up in advance then when we get to the day before or the weekend before. We could just "Click" on activate "Program name" and it converts from the current program to the new program that is starting. Preventing a lot of work to be done in a very short amount of time. Also preventing having to shut down the current program for parents to check children in and out as well as not being able to use Classroom rosters.

The current software forces us to use a lot of other programs to hold and organize the information when it would make more sense and better time management to only have to import one time to organize information already captured. Doing all the manual work just creates a lot or potential for human error.
