Hide Feature on the review & import new families

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement for the MyProcare > Review & Import > New Families tab. Currently, there is a Hide option available when importing families, but it would be extremely helpful to have this feature available in the New Families tab without requiring an import.

The reason for this request is that when we reach out to prospective families, we document our contact attempts and notes. If a family decides not to enroll or does not respond, we still want to retain their information for potential future enrollment or to reference our outreach efforts if they reach out again.

A Hide option in this section would allow us to keep our list organized while maintaining access to past communication records. Ideally, this feature would include:

• The ability to hide families without importing them.

• The ability to unhide families if they later choose to enroll.

• The preservation of notes and contact history for reference.

This addition would improve workflow efficiency and ensure better tracking of family interactions. Please let me know if this is something that could be considered for a future update.
