Currently, when I type in 3 letters of a last name to find a family in the left hand bar and one family name shows up, the screen on the right sometimes does not show the account details for that family, but instead shows the details for another family. I called support but was told that is the normal function for the system and that the system is only looking at the first 2 letters and not the third letter. This has led to me almost accidentally entering payments on the wrong family's account. I also almost debited a POS for the wrong account. I don't remember this happening before a few days ago, but can't confirm that. I have attached a screen shot of an example of what I'm trying to explain. I just feel that if only one name shows up, the screen information should match that name.
