Option To Hide Person Search Function

If a user group in Procare Desktop is blocked from Utilities and Employee Data, then they shouldn't have access to the person search feature and be able to see employees data or alter it in any way . This would help ensure that Procare Users that are blocked from Utiliities don't have access to view people in employee data if they are also blocked from that.
