Be able to apply credits/credit descriptions to agency ledgers

We would like to be able to set up credit formulas/transactions to agency ledgers. We offer sibling/corporate/other discounts to families using agency or special funding accounts and it would make our tuition process less cumbersome if we could apply credit categories directly to agency ledgers
