Notify admin (via e-mail) when a parent has confirmed enrollment into the autopay system

I am the director and currently have parents enrolling in autopay (invite sent to parent via txt or e-mail) and our admin is not notified when this is completed. She stated that she has to go in and look to see if there are any new enrollments to the autopay system. Is there a way to send a confirmation e-mail to admin when a parent confirms autopay? Please advise. Thank you, Tracey
