I am writing to express my concern about a recent change to the Parent Kiosk feature. Specifically, the new update, which provides parents with two tabs, allows them to view the number of children currently enrolled, as well as identify which children are present at the center and which are not.
While I understand that these changes may be intended to improve the user experience, I am deeply concerned about the impact this has on the privacy of both the children and the center. This functionality seems to expose sensitive information that could compromise privacy and security.
I kindly request that you review this update and consider implementing additional privacy measures to protect the sensitive data of the children and families in our care. It would be helpful if parents were only able to access information that is necessary for their child’s specific enrollment and attendance, without revealing the status of other children.
