The Re-Registration "Confirmation" parents receive make them believe they have a spot in our various programs, even if they will be on a waiting list.

Any center utilizing waitlists who have families returning (re-registering) for various sessions likely get complaints from parents about this. It appears that their child's registration is confirmed, even when they are being waitlisted. They print the "confirmation" page thinking it proves they have a spot in the program. It would be very helpful if it read Confirmation of Submission at the top as well as it stating "Submitted" in the status column.
