When we apply for grants available every month from the State, we have to list how many preschoolers, toddlers, and infants there were the previous month. If they were listed next to the child's name on the monthly summary, I wouldn't have to go back and look at room schedules and then the attendance to see who was there. It also helps with when a child moves to a different age group as I don't do the scheduling but bill the state and early leafrning scholarships.
