Procare Office Chat Feature

We love the new office chat feature for admin-to-family messages; however, we do have a few suggestions for improvement.

On the parent messaging screen, the back button is now gone. It only has the Office Chat and the Classroom Chat. It makes navigating between children/families hard. Please bring back the back button!

We frequently monitor classroom-parent messages as part of our daily monitoring. Having the Classroom Chat be the default that loads (what first pops up), rather than the Office chat would be best. Again though, this might even be easier if we had a back button to navigate challenges more.
