I would like an email notification when a parent sends an admin chat.

Unless I have parent engagement open on my computer, I don't see that there is a message. I do get a notification on my phone, but if I am away from my desk, I most likely don't have the information needed to respond the parent in the moment and there's a good chance I won't remember to respond once I'm back in the office. An email alerting me to a message would be helpful.
