Apply a credit to all family's accounts at the same time

There should be a way to apply a credit to all family's accounts at the same time, similar to the way we can use the late payment calculator. For example, if I want to apply a 15% credit to all our family's accounts for July only, there should be a way to do that without having to go into each family's account ledger individually.
