I would like to be able to pull reports of all the data on a student's record including custom fields we may have. Having this ability would allow me to create charts of demographic information like income ranges, ethnicities, genders, etc. to provide to our outside funders. Many of your canned reports are inflexible on the information being selected or other criteria for inclusion or exclusion. Ultimately, the more you empower users to create custom reports the more they will rely on your CRM for their centers.
