Amend administration controls so that staff can not amend their own timecards

Directors at each campus have the ability to fix or update their staff's time cards. However, that also includes their own time cards. I would like to add the option that they are not able to amend their own timecards. This will help ensure that every staff member is on the up and up with their time.
