Parent engagement authorized pick-ups NOT syncing with changes in desktop!!

I had a mom who requested A MONTH AGO to remove the dad and his parents from the child's pick-up list. I went into the desktop and UNCHECKED the box for pick-up on all three people. Today one of those people came to pick-up and my check-out employee verified the person's Driver license with the authorized pick-up people ON THE PROCARE APP on her phone and she was listed!!

If I have NOT BEEN AT MY DESK AT THE EXACT TIME AND PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CONVERSATION, the NEWLY UNAUTHORIZED person would have taken the child!! I called the help line and after he worked with the technicians they now have it so that IF THE PERSON IS DELETED from the pick-up list they are removed from the app as an authorized pick-up person. HOWEVER, unchecking the box STILL does nothing--- that's absurd and a LAWSUIT waiting to happen.

Because if an employee allows a child to leave with a newly UNAUTHORIZED pick-up person because the director didn't know that UNCHECKING THE BOX wasn't enough to remove the pick-up person from the list of authorized people on the APP--- you better believe there will be lawsuits involved. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY RISK!! AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY1
