Access to Tuition Express Reports Only

We are a preschool within a church within a larger diocese. People at the diocese used to use Tuition Express reports to see what money was coming in for our preschool. When you eliminated tuitionexpress.com we had to give diocese accounting people access to Procare Desktop so they can get the reports they need. We do not love this, because now they have the ability to see all of the families, including contact information. They also have the ability to add/change email addresses and phone numbers under Utilities. There needs to be a way to give people access to ONLY the old Tuition Express reports, not a lot of other information.
