Update time frame for auto-checkout of children on timecards.

There appears to have been a change to the children timecards where they are automatically checked out at the time of our closure if their parents had not. I would like to figure out how to change that or have it reverted back. Per state licensing, we have to have an approved signer sign the children out and when it automatically signs them out under our initials it makes it difficult to stay on top of the accounts not following the rules.
