New User Interface

I would love more user interfaces - specifically a fall/halloween one. My admin team and I love switching up our Procare desktop themes seasonally and I think it would brighten up our days to have one for fall. I specifically love the Valentine's Day, Spring, Summer, and Christmas ones!
