Sync All Data Across Procare Platforms

I help oversee two childcare facilities. One mainly utilizes Procare desktop while the other relies on the online platform. I will now be running family account billing and time sheet reports for both locations.

Ideally, I would like to be able to run these from desktop for both locations. However, I just learned that staff timesheets and account billing don't sync across the platforms. The typical expectation of utilizing a software system with multiple platforms that sync to one another is that all of the data and capabilities would sync to one another....

This lack of software bridge is bizarre and will now create more work.
